I got the new website up and running. Hopefully this site will work better. I plan on moving all of the content from the old site to this one, and eventually taking down the old site. You can find any files you might be looking for at http://digerati1338.890m.com/files/e200. That will have an archive of (somewhat recent) digibuilds, simulators, and bootloaders, along with anything else I need to upload.
